INCOMPETANT STAFF / BAD ATTITUDE
I would like to relay the awful experience I endured at Game in Promenade. On sunday I went to buy some groceries, I bought a pocket of potatoes. I asked the casher at the till if I should give her the potatoes first to scan as it was the heaviest of my items. She said no she has a barcode. I proceeded to leave. At the door. The security proceeded to check my items. Then asked where my potatoes was on my slip. I told her that I had just came from the cashier and that she said she has the barcode. My husband proceeded to the cashier to ask her why she hadn't rung it up cause I had asked her. I stayed at security as I had my 2 year old with me. He returned saying the cashier we must come back to purchase it. I told him to leave it as my daughter started crying and by now the queue has grown so long and the security was inspecting me and my trolley like I was a ******** /***** who was trying to ***** a pocket of potatoes. The other cusotmers were staring at me. I was so angry to say the least. The staff are incompetant and the security has a bad attitude. Very dissapointng especially from Game stores
