Inaccurate Promotion

We visited Game Bethlehem on 1 May 2016 to purchase a new television for my dad.Our first choice was out of stock. We decided on a Samsung 48 inch for R 8 990 then. The special included a Samsung soundbar as well. The lady who assisted us came back telling us that they didn't have any stock in this model as well. The TV had been promoted with special signs next to it so we were extremely disappointed. We then asked if we can purchase the TV that's on display at a reduced price but she said the manager refused because the soundbar is already included in the deal, but this is a demo model. Why do you guys advertise specials if you don't have stock? Other tv's on display were also out of stock so we left the store empty handed. Through all of this the staff was rude with bad attitudes, we asked to speak to the manager, but he never turned up. Nobody apologized or offered an alternative. The lady handed the the driver license back and walked away. They should have offered to get us one from one of your other branches and the issue would have been resolved. This was a very unpleasant experience and if this is how you treat customers who is ready to buy big price items I see tough times ahead for Game.
