Improved Game customer service

I feel the need to give a better review after my experience. All because of one person. A BIG thank you to Natheer Abrahams! I was disappointed in Game's online service, and through all of the frustration Natheer was the one who phoned me to apologise and to explain what will happen next. He also followed up to ensure that my problem was solved in the end. It was solved indeed. Thank you for being committed to your job, for serving your customers in a calm and patient way, for communicating and for following up. I appreciate your help.
