Improved Customer Service

After I've lodged a complaint about Game's poor customer service on this platform; Natheer Abrahams from game immediately contacted me and thankfully I've now received my order. I have now been following up with Natheer regarding my refund for the delivery almost everyday but in vain hopefully he will eventually respond to my mails.
