improve your service

I have visited Game store in Mafikeng recently and I was not happy with the service. The shop doesn't have trolleys not even the small hand baskets, and it has been like that for a long time, even if the shop is not full. I voiced my concern with the customer service lady she told me to go and get a trolley from Checkers. Then I asked if they have an agreement with checkers for Game customers to utilise their equipment even if they are not buying from them. She responded by saying everybody is doing that. I told her that I won't go looking for trolleys somewhere else while am shopping at their store. I then asked to see the manager, he introduced himself as Kagiso he told me that there is nothing he can do to assist me, they are promised new trolleys next year. Are clients supposed to carry the groceries on their heads while awaiting new trolleys? He said that clients scatter trolleys all over and they use them in other shops.

I want to understand if I bought goods from game, and decide to make a turn at pep stores and clicks am I supposed to remove my things from the Game trolley, take it back to the shop, then continue with my shopping? Are your trolleys meter taxis with a timer. Who's responsibility is it to ensure that the shop always has trolleys for clients to enjoy their shopping
