Impossible to close a Game account.

Just a head's up to future consumers; you are going to struggle a lot to close your Game account when you need to.

I have been calling and emailing every few days for 3 weeks now. I have emailed every email address. I have called every number. Always the same response - someone will get back to me within 48 hours (it's been 3 weeks: no one will get back to you within 48 hours).

And then you will still be told "you have to wait 6 weeks for the account to close". Right now it's already been 3 weeks, so if I'm "lucky" and someone finally gets in touch with me; it's going to take 9 weeks to close my game account.
