I'm not a happy customer. I really need help I bought this walking ring R1,000

I purchased a baby walking ring at vryburg and the walking only lasted 3 days and then it collaped and I was surprised because i bought the expensive one to avoid such. while the baby was still inside, so we went there for and exchange because the slip states that they have garantee, yoh the manager was telling us stories that they don't change such basics and on the slip they didn't state nor mention the basics that they don't change, literally they didn't right anything about not changing the slip just wrote that their guarantee for refund or exchange takes only 21 days.
