I'm done with RCS. You guys just know how to make people furious and how 2 do ***** on their accounts.

So on the 20/11/21 ***** was done on my card which I didn't know about I received a phone call on the 21/11/21 the lady I spoke which goes by the name of Yolanda Jacobs told me dat she needs 2 block my card coz I over spent I asked how so she thn told me no I maxed out my credit and I told her I never did such she asked me 4 my phone number but I didn't correspond 2 da number she had on da system thn I asked her since I updated sum of my details da 20/11/21 it means da lady dat assisted me done the ***** on my cars coz they da only people dat has access to all my personal details thn Yolanda told me she's not sure abt Dat but I need 2 go into da nearest store 2 change my card give an affidavit copy of my ID and 3 signatures, I Wana know since I wasn't part of dis whole ********** **** y should I b da 1 running around y don't they solve it themselves and God alone knows I won't leave it here I'm taking dis **** up further.
