I'm annoyed

Once again massmart game has proven to be way off track in handling clients feedback via their email address. I have not received feedback on my mail. Hi I recently bought a bennett Reid wet and dry vacume from game south coast mall. Please send my proof of payment via e mail. It was bought in the last 6 months with my game store account. I have thrown the box out. The machine has stopped working as of today. It makes a hissing noise and smoke comes out the top cover. I would like this item credited or exchanged as soon as possible. Really pathetic when it comes to getting assistance
