Ill treatment at game store

I went to game store Pinetown. Pinecrest to be precise. I received ill treatment and bad service from one of their salesman, Radjesh. Mother went earlier today to buy 48" telefunken tv that was on sale however was not assisted well by this particular salesman. The issue was with my id copy. Mom couldn't buy the tv cos I wasn't there with the id for tv license payment. When I got there this Radjesh guy didn't want assist anymore, kept shouting at us when we ask him what the problem was he could explain. So I go seek assist from a lady that had assisted my mom earlier. She printed my id copy which Radjesh suddenly didn't want to take, whereas he had agreed to take it. I then told him that I was going to report him to his manager and he went there first. When I confront him about his acts in front of his manager he then couldn't account. Had to leave the store so emotional and super angry and disappointed.
