Ilife Zed Air laptop faulty

I bought my Ilife Zed Air laptop from Game Store The Glen Mall. Within 5 months the device started to crack and now the battery is swollen without me using the laptop. This is worst device ever. And surprisingly there are so many complaints regarding this brand and they continue to sell it. I want my refund
