Very dissapointed manager i s worse than the staff; printer was not connecting with my laptop they promissed me their IT guy will fix it and that never happened i needed an exchange or refund told me they cant refunfd its dew 10 days while the slip at the back says 21 days told me they need to book the printer i dont know what for as the printer was not broken. Those people are ******** they dont care about their customers.
