Ignorance and incompetence **** me off

I called The Glen branch and spoke to Tebogo around price beats for 2 decoders and a tv as mine is damaged. It was agreed that I’d be assisted. Got the store filled out all forms and was given the run around, and eventually when I got to the cashier, the *********** manager and sales man calls me aside to inform me the price beats are halted during lock down. I’m ****ed off as the manager(Clive Kisten) shouldn’t have okayed it and then change his mind after wasting two of my valuable hours in the store. That is appalling and I will never set foot in that branch again. Bunch of *********** people that should be taken to task.
