If you want Lame service, shop at Game

Would highly recommend you to not purchase from this store. Whether it be online or in-store, you always receive terrible service. I ordered a Volkano speaker on the 15th of December, however I have still not received my product which I have rightfully purchased. I suspect it got ****** during the festive season. Game, however, has not even sent an apology email or any form of sympathy to take responsibility for their poor customer care. The best thing to do is to shop at another store (Takealot) even though prices might be a bit higher. It's better to invest a larger sum of money for a product you know which will be delivered, than a cheaper alternative which might never arrive
