If you are looking for bad service,shop from Game akolonade

I am so angry and disappointed at the service I have received from game in Kolonade. I ordered a spundbar order no.*** on the 24th it was out on delivery the very same day and up until now it has not been delivered.i have been calling the store and all I get is its on its way.i finally resorted to giving them a solution because they have failed dismally to deliver that I go and pick up my order,they are telling me it it out on delivery and not at the store. None of those agents ever bothered to call me back I have to initiate the calls.i have been waiting from the 24,I am still waiting.never shop from that shop.
