If I could give them a zero I would. I placed an order online for delivery on the 1st of May and still haven't received my order. Game stated it will be delivered on the 8th, on 9th I called and was told it will be delivered on the 12th still nothing came. On the 12th I asked again when the delivery will take place was told its with the courier company and got their number. So I called them first spoke to a rude lady who you could Cleary hear was angry dropped the call in my hear while I was talking, I called back and was told it was scheduled for delivery on the 13th. Well today is the 15th an I still haven't received my package and no communication from both game and courier company. This is such bad service, I will never buy from game and I won't recommend any one to use game's online purchasing facility because they provide a pathetic service.
