If I can give -1 stars I would - GAME is useless

I ordered a freezer on the 25th June 2020. When I followed up I was told it was still within the 10 - 14 waiting period of days and to call back after that. Every single time I called I was told the stock is being dispatched and we must just wait. Today after countless dropped calls I finally get told that they are going to refund me because they are out of stock??????? The last email I received from support stated that it has been dispatched????? I am not going to accept a refund - I ordered a freezer and I expect a freezer. What useless service is this? Over promising and under delivering. Game should be ashamed of themselves.
