ICOMPETENT COMPANY 10 days no delivery

I have been waiting for the so called Complaints department from Game to call me with regards to my query. Since Thursday. Clearly that was just a delay tactic so that the courier company could eventually deliver. You made it seem as though you guys are making this a priority. Imagine the inconvenience of me having to purchase baby food and nappies because you are using an *********** courier company. My order was made on the 20th Sept today is the 30th 10 days later and I still don't have my order. You don't care about the wellbeing of my child clearly. You pretend to be a company that values your customer.
