I would not recommend Game to anyone. I WILL NEVER SHOP AT GAME AGAIN

I bought a washing machine online on the 23/11/2018 (Black Friday). Everything seemed to go smooth until the delivery should be made. First of all when I ordered, there was no option to choose my area code which is 7750, I put my order under Cape Town 8000. I received a call on 24/11/2018 from ********** , and the gentleman told me that he is not delivering township, he will get the township people to deliver my item. I then received a call on the 25/11/2018 from ********** , and the gentleman I spoke to told me that because it is afternoon they will deliver my washing machine the Monday morning. I called on Monday and no one answered the phone at ********** , I then called the Game online call centre number and spoke to someone (a lady), I did not take her name. I am disgusted at the way she assisted my, the told me that by the way the delivery time standard is 3-5 days. I am well aware of that, however a promise was made to me that I would get my washing machine and was not delivered.

I called again today, and was told that the washing machine will be delivered tomorrow morning. I called the game online team again and spoke to Wanda whom tried to assist me however, I am still not happy with the fact that I have to wait till tomorrow to have my washing machine delivered to me.

If I do not get the washing machine today, I want my money back. Mind you, I heard for the first time today that the item will be delivered at the nearest police station. This was not communicated to me at any point. I had to call and make follow ups with Game and I already paid for the item in full.

I want my money back if I don't get that washing machine today.
