I will never shop online with Game store

I bought online shopping from Game they promised to deliver on the 5 May 2023 and they failed to deliver every time I do follow up with them they keep telling me that they are investigating. I then requested refund since they are not giving me any satisfactory,they said they will refund until now I am still waiting for my refund.Game online shopping is very poor.order no.***
