I will never buy from Game online store they do not know what they’re doing

Whatever you do, do not buy from Game online store even if you see something online with a reasonable price because game online they just *********** and don’t know what they are doing. I ordered a Tv online on the 16th December-21 as a Christmas gift for my mom and till today still don’t have it I called almost everyday and everyone had their different stories for me. I was told the tv is not in stock, when I called again they said the store that has the tv don’t do online. The following day again they said they will find out and get back to me and they never did. I even thought that this might be a **** because consultants just don’t care and they are not even trained to assist resolve the problem their biggest lies are “I will call you after getting feedback “ they never call. For a peace of mind I will never buy anything from game online, never in my life.
