i will never buy at Game again

i purchased a television and microwave from Gateway-Game on black Fridayand was to pick up in Jhb Cbd Game. i have been sent from pillar to post as they keep telling me Gateway has not sent them the documents for me to pick up my stuff. i went to the store on 09/12/2015 and spent an hr there while we waited for Durban to fax the documents to Bhekani- i had to leave because i was furious and had no energy to wait for **** where as. i have even spoken to the store manager at Gateway and he is as *********** as his staff. the only person who has tried to assist is Bhekani, all i need now is my money and you can keep your stuff.there are many stores who sell the same products.i will not tolerate **** service whereas i have paid,thanx <br>
