i was UNSOLD

<p>2 years ago i was offered a rsc account and i purchased a samsung tv which came with a warranty- all good and well paid my account regularly until my tv just wouldnt stop switching on and off on its own. when i went into the game store in promenadei was told that i only had a 2 year warranty on my tv.....NOW why was i not offered an extended warranty and why did no-one tell me that there is this option available to me as it doesnt make sense to have an account for 36 months and a warranty for 24months. so now im sitting with a repair on a tv that will cost me r1500 and i owe r1500 on my tv- i think game done me in and no-one is prepared to take responsibilty for me being 'UNSOLD'.</p>
