I was sold stock that was out

I bought an automatic washing machine on the 12th of August and I was told at a later stage that there is no stock for that machine and I was told after I made calls time and again but even after I went to the store, I struggled to get another machine to a point where I had to take out R848 cash while I had credit on my card. The machine was only delivered on the 2nd of August
