I was sold a second hand laptop for the price of a new laptop.

I am very disappointed with Game store at Fourways mall. I have purchased a brand new HP laptop from game on 30 June 2022 and within 2 weeks the laptop started giving me an error that there is a hard drive error. When I took it back to the store I was told that they could not give me a new one since 7 days had passed. I was, advised to leave it there as they are taljing it back to HP for assessment. The following day I received and call and I was told that the hard drive was dead. How does a hard drive of a brand new laptop that has been used just die. I think Game sold me a laptip that was returned by a customer with issues within that 7 days period. If this is a factory default they were supposed to replace it and give a new laptop. How can a brand new laptop go to repairs? I paid a full price for a new laptop and now I am sitting without my laptop which I haven't used at all and it has been taken in to repairs for two weeks now. I will never purchase anything at game ever again. This is a slap on my face.
