I was a refund so I can go and buy a different brand

I bought an automatic washing machine on the 20 june, complain on the 22 June that the machine is not working,I was told that a technician will come no one came ,on 5 July went to the store,I was told to wait,Game store and Hisense still use covit as an excuse for there poor service
