I want my xbox that I ordered online for my son's birthday.
I placed an order online for an Xbox on the 29th November. I called ***to follow up on my order and correct the delivery address. I received a confirmation on the 4thDec to say address has been corrected. I called in again and was told I will get a call back after investigating where my order was. I received a call the next morning to check if I have received the order but I hadn't. After numeral calls and getting a new story everytime , I've now been told that my order was delivered on the 7th of December which I never received. The 7th was a Saturday, I was told they dont deliver on weekends. I've now just received a delivery confirmation on the 11th even though I have not received my item. I ordered this specially for my son's birthday on this Saturday and it doesnt look like its coming.

The call center agents are all trained *****, Stanley, Thulisa, Bucha, and and and everyone I spoke to promised to call me back and none of them have. Tamlyn Lockman also said she will call me today but also did not.
I have never been this mortified by such a terrible service. The false promises just makes it worse. It does not help that everyday, every call center agent gives me a different story.
