I want my order delivered today

I purchased a freezer online on the 19/08/2021 that was special/sale. I still haven't received my order, after several calls trying to get the exact day of delivery and the call centre agents rudely giving us zero details, we still have no clue when our order will be delivered. They only told us that the courier company will give us a call when they are coming to deliver, and that is not enough as we have made arrangements of using the product.

There is no tracking process in place, and I am very disappointed at Game and handled this situation also how they have given us zero information or details regarding our paid for product.

We need the freezer today, they should be the ones who sort out their logistics issues not me.
