I want my money

the only time I get a call from game is when I write my view on hellopeter , it looks like my complain hasn't been attended even though I called numerical times and advised that they send the wrong order and I had to buy people their give from my pocket and they must just cancel the order as they failed me and pay back my money. They told me to wait for 14 working days to get it and I did but still I haven't received my money . the only thing I hear from them is that they are sorry and they will make sure that I get my back and they are afraid that I have to wait 7 to 14 working days. what I wanna know is how many 7 to 14 working days must I wait to get my money back. Its not like its my fault that they send me wrong order or I owe them anything. all I want is my money I don't wanna talk to them because they just keep on apologizing for something that they are failing to fix. I don't even understand why is it taking this long because I didn't order on credit. GAME I don't owe you anything and I'm tired of your nonsense from your employees. I want my money. this is all bull****.
