I want my Fridge or bring back money

I am really ****ed with the Game at Eastgate shopping centre (store G095; 42 Bradford road)

Bought a Defy Fridge on the 13 of April 2019, they called on the 26 of April wanting to deliver i told them i was out of the provinces and they can deliver on the 30th of April. i waited for their call and nothing has been done

TODAY I HAVE BEEN ON THE PHONE THE WHOLE DAY AND THEY CAN NOT ASSIST ME KEEP ON MAKING EXCUSES THAT THEY WILL DELIVER TODAY ; FUNNY ENOUGH WHEN i CALL THE STORE THEY SAY THEY WILL CALL AFTER 10 MINUTES / THEY DECIDE TO DROP THE CALL WHEN THY HEAR MY VOICE ;AND WHEN I CALL THE CUSTOMER SERVICES THEY TELL THEM THEY PREPARING AND WILL DELIVER TODAY

If the are falling to deluiver they should just refund my money back then i will see what i will do i can not be waisting my money and airtime calling a store wich doers not appreciate and value its customers.
