I want my fridge, no more lies

I bought a fridge on the 29th November and on the 7th December I had called Game store jubilee mall to enquire about my pick up date. The manager told that item was already ordered, that it would arrive at the store on the 9th of December and I could pick it up on the 10th of December.

Today when I arrived at the store I was told that the item was out of stock(Game.co.za website states that this particular store is in stock of this item... which is a lie), I requested to speak to the manage who then told me that he only received shipment of 1 fridge out of the 7units that the store ordered on the 7th, which another customer had already picked up on the 9th. Today the manager told me that he doesn't know when I will recieve my fridge as he doesn't know when he will recieve it.

The manager promised false and misleading information to me as the store placed order of the item on the 7th December after I had called to enquire about my order. The store manager **** to me as a paying customer

I have also spoken to 3 customer care agents who promised to get back to me with regards to this matter, but so far no one has followed up with me.

I would like to pick up my fridge tomorrow 11th December. No more lies This is unprofessional and unacceptable.
