I want money back today

We bought 4 laptops online on Wednesday and received an email to collect in Rosebank mall on Friday. We just spent the last two hours in store to be finally told that our order has been declined because they don't have stock. The stock that is now sitting in the trolley that we are holding at the shop and that I will get my money on Monday. What kind of ******* is this. Who runs this shoddy ****a shop where things are falling apart a d you are sitting with my cash that I now need to use and have to wait cause all of you including head office are a bunch of idiots. And then your consultant has the audacity to say he did not create the system. I want my money back today so I can buy somewhere else
