I want all my premiums back and my fone back

Since the first time I logged my claim for my cellphone to be fixed. It has been a complete nightmare. Now we are headed towards 2months and my cellphone is still not back. I have received so many different excuses each consultant gives different information compared to the last one I spoke to. At first I had to contact game 2 weeks after no response was received from them about my claim. Then I was told about the excess amount requured I paid the amount and emailed the proof of payment. I had to fone game again after a week of no response from them when they told me they didn't receive the proof of payment I had to resend the proof of payment again to the same email address I used. They told me I will recieve the fone within 3 to 5 days. When I fone them again after 5 days I'm being told to wait again for another 3 to 5 days. I'm tired of all these stories I want all my premiums back and I want my phone back as soon as possible and cancel this stupid insurance.
