I want a REFUND

Extremely horrible experience! Last week I bought some drinks at game liquor and asked for a plastic bag to Carry my drinks. Not only was I given an excuse of a plastic bag, The checkout lady demands my receipt which is in the plastic which I am trying to balance to the best of my ability, she starts shuffling in the plastic bag meanwhile redirecting me to put the plastic bag down (heaven only knows what, how or where) godknows where because theres no counter , in doing so my drinks fell to the ground and broke in-store as a result! !! She pushed me out of the way and store, then said that it will not be negotiated NO REFUND! FOLLOWED BY THE DOOR CLOSING IN MY FACE!
