I WANT A REFUND!

I bought a desk online, Game Clearwater. Items got delivered within 24hrs happy day, yay! I open the boxes to assembly, the tools are not complete, specifically for the desk. I tried calling Game Clearwater immediately, no answer. I went to Game Cresta hoping to get help they told me they’ll need to direct it to Clearwater, we called them and the phone just rings no answer. Again today I called, a lady answered and said she was transferring me, I stayed on the line for close to 17mins and I hung up eventually. I called back and the lady said same thing, I then explained my frustration to her from yesterday and not being able to get assisted by anyone. She took my number that the manager was gonna call me, 4 hours later the manager has not called back. I call back now no one is answering. I need them to pick up their items and refund me my money ASAP!!! I will not run after them.

They must arrange pickup themselves!
