I stopped using Game for a reason... They reminded me again why I did.

Game sent me an item missing a piece. I logged a returned and they came to fetch it. They then have the NERVE to tell me I can collect my replacement. Note I've paid DELIVERY for my item. They sent the item with a missing piece and now they want me to lose my time and my money having to collect. How dare they? So now I've requested a refund because I don't want to deal with this anymore [it's been close to a month already] Let's see how long I'm going to wait to get MY money back now....
