I STILL AM UNHAPPY WITH GAME. I AM GROSSLY DISSATISFIED
I have been given the constant run around by Game for an order placed on 2 October 2020. I am still awaiting the delivery of the promised items. all of a sudden, the helpful Mlindeli is unavailable and they are basically keeping me on hold because their systems are not showing the progress of my order which I was advised of by Mlindeli on Friday. Game is really unbelievable.

I was placed on hold on a call to speak to management for 45 minutes. Additionally, Game has just deducted from my account a payment towards an item which I have not yet receives. I want my nesting tables. I will contact the Ombudsman if need be. I will not let this go because I believe that if I was a person of colour, I would have had my matter sorted a long time ago.
