I returned my Volkan...

I returned my Volkano watch that was still under warranty, they refused to exchange it for me and insisted that it goes back to the manufacture..3 weeks later I haven’t heard anything about my watch, I called the manufacturer and they told me that the store was supposed to give me a new watch, I called Game and they seem not to know where my watch is… this is really frustrating as no one seems to know what they are doing!!! No follow ups no nothing. The only person that assisted me was Mohau from the manufacture. I must say I was quite disappointed with how the ladies from customer care and Alfred the sales manager handled this. Something that was supposed to be one day stretched for 3 weeks!!!
