I purchased a Camp Master single flocked airbed and pump on Game Online on 21 March 2025. Order number ***. The payment went through my bank and I later got a message from Game that the Order failed, on that vey same day. I sent en email feom Avril, from Game that I must send proof of payment, and bank account statement proving that the payment went through, which I did. I received an email that my query was escalated to their head office, and they will revert in 24-48 hours. On 27 March 2025, my husband attended Game Boksburg and he was tolf that Game have "technical" issues and they cannot verufy my payment. I am not getting any joy from Game. They last told me my query is with Finance. My reference number is H9UA. I will NEVER order from Game Online again, as they are unreliable and take your money and refuse to refund or deliver the ordered goods.
