I purchased a 50” Telefunken TV at Game N1 city on the 22

I purchased a 50” Telefunken TV at Game N1 city on the 22.07.2023, and included an extended warranty until 23.07.2027 at an additional cost. On the 04.08.2025 I too the TV back as the screen all of a sudden just went blank upon switching it on (no picture). I was advised that it would be sent for repairs and it would take 14 - 21 days. I then contacted the store for feedback on the ( 25.08.2025 ) customer service said they'll contact me back which they never did so I went back today ( 26.08.2025 ) as the time period has already past, and am told that there are no available parts, and i need to wait and they will get back to me. After spending almost R5000 and following the steps to ensure that my TV is covered incase of these issues, i now have to be without a TV, and dont even no for how long. Really disappointed in the experience with the service at Game N1 city.
