I NEED MY REFUND IF U CANT FIX THIS ISSUE ASAP😡😡😡

I am so not happy with game in Southgate mall I’ve been going there since Nov they keep telling me the same story that the manager is on sick leave or it has to be during the week I am so ****ed I’ve used so much time and money with the up and downs just so I can return the Bennett read airfryer I bought and it worked for 6 months and started overheating and not frying anymore I brought it to the shop more than 4 times and the useless manager keeps on saying I have to contact the head office and that they will call me once they find the slip which they made a copy and I provided my prove of payment im so mad 🤬🤬🤬🤬coz I have never received a call from them regardless of how many times I go to them and my warranty will expire soon what should I do with the air fryer that hasn’t been working from end of sep?? I need and deserve a new one because I spent my money on something that doesn’t work nd the stuff is so rude I’ve been up nd down with this issue and I’m not impressed at all, the manager can’t be sick from Jan until now and why is she the only one doing the job then and the rest is useless 😡😡😡
