I need my refund back

I bought a washing machine at Game online on the 28th of November 2017, i was promised to receive my delievery between 3-5 working days but it never like that, iv been wasting my airtime following up with them, they always promise to come back to me but they never, i even went to game store at boulders mall but i was told that they cant assist, i must keep on communicating with game online, i did but i kept wasting my airtime again, i then requested my refund on the 18 of December 2017 because i was not happy with their service and i was not getting my machine, i used all emails i received that they use but no response from them , i am still waiting for my refund and theres no one saying anything to me. my order number is ********** 30 , your help will be much appreciated
