I need my refund and doubt I will be getting it

It's been over a month and I do not have my refund. I orders on the 7th of April and they never delivered my essentials. After 2 weeks, I went out and bought them then called them to cancel my order. After over a month I got the delivery and sent it back. I am still waiting for my refund to this day! How *********** are they?
