I need my refund

I've already written a complaint about Game Online. This is related to my order which was placed on the 25/6/20. 1 item from this order was delivered and 4 items was cancelled well over a month after the order was placed. 2 service agents said they will investigate the issue and nothing has come of it to date. I had to pay the full value of the order just to not incur interest so now Game owes me R 447.98 which I've not been reimbursed for.
