I'll never ever shop at Game Store in Jabulani

Bought a blinder on the 4th January and when i get home checked while it was still closed to see if its the correct size only to find out that its big...sent my nephew on the 10th Jan to exchange it for me for smaller size but the lady (Onica Setshedi) said to him we not taking it back cause you have already opened and its already dirty with beetroot stains. then this morning on the 11th Jan when i got there i wanted the same lady who assisted my nephew and she just came with attitude already and i asked to speak to her manager...but then she brought some guy name Sekodi Moteme of which I dont think he was a manager as he also had attitude because he could see that we younger than him and told us his not taking the blinder back but can cut it for us take it or leave it.
