I laybyed a washing machine at Game in Fourways mall last year December. I was told that after done paying it will be delivered to me and if the location is far I’ll have to pay money which I agreed on. Today I went to pay my last installment and had to make a plan for transportation, with Peterson trying to call his courier guys from Diepsloot and being told I’ll be charged R800 and oh it’s dangerous in Newtown the driver will be ******. I get things couriered to my place all the time and today I paid my washing machine and left it at the store because I didn’t come with a transport and I’m supposed to arrange my own. Like what customer service is this? The staff is always grumpy so far there are only 2 nice people in that Store. When you come to pay they continue chitchatting and ignore you. The experience is always horrible I couldn’t wait to finish paying because the staff is RUDE!
