I HAVE TO PAY TO UPGRADE SOFTWARE ON BRAND NEW PHO

I bought myself and my wife Blackberry Z3 smartphones from Game, Key West, Krugersdorp. The very first thing that happened after switching on the phone, is the phone telling me that the Operating Stem was out of date and that I need to download it via Wi-Fi (1.5Gb!!!).<br> <br> Firstly, I do not have access to Wi-Fi, secondly, why should I pay to have a brand new phones Operating System upgraded? Surely when you sell a phone it should have the latest software installed.<br> <br> Game simply shrugs their shoulders and say I need to pay to download.<br> <br> I personally think it is totally disgusting that you buy a brand new phone and then have to fork out more money to get the latest OS. Imagine if you bought a car and when you want to start the engine a message appears to say you need to buy the latest engine before you can drive it!! This is exactly what Game and Blackberry expect of me.<br> <br> I expect either Game or Blackberry to remedy this situation without further delay.
