I have bought an Air Bag at Zevenwargt Mall at Game zevenwargt Mall, G146, with my bank card I do have a proof of purchase as proof of payment with date and time, I called the call centre and they advised me to bring the item back to the store then I spoke with the gentlemen with a name, Bradley De Wee. Whom advised me they can't return the item without the original slipts. Could you please advise me how is that possible, and based on consumers act, this is not allowed?
