I have been having issue from July this year

I have been having issue from July this year. I cannot login my account. ***** was done my email address was changed without me knowing only found out when I called to check why my account stopped working . My name was spilt incorrectly meanwhile it was correct when the account was opened. No one has ever resolved issue irregardless of the calls and interactions I have had with Game store at Gateway Mall.
