I have a Game store card

I have a Game store card.i have been paying my account nicely. January 2022 i lost my job but i keep on paying until April 2022.I did put a claim through RCS insurance but it takes time.I called them like every day and i was told not to worry until i find myself in arrears today.I called the insurance and i was told to keep on holding for an hour and they put my call aside.So i need them to tell me what is their insurance ethics since they fail me.Its ether they roping us by not telling the truth about their insurance.Im not a bad payer while working now they fail to pay my account to make me look like a bad payer.RCS HAS NO TRUTH . I AM SO DISAPPOINTED ON THEIR SERVICE.
